After another incredible weekend at 2000 Trees Festival Adam got together with friends Becky & Jono to review everything from the bands to Becky's Bhajis. We cover acts from Frank Iero to The Armed. 

2000 Trees Festival is an independent music festival near Cheltenham. It won the Grass Roots Festival Award at the UK Festival Awards 2010, 2013 and 2017 and the Best Medium Sized UK Festival in 2018 and is sister festival to ArcTanGent.

Welcome to Episode 3! Adam caught up with two piece Frauds part way through their stint on tour with Jamie Lenman as part of the 'Lenmania' bill. 

Frauds formed in Croydon and have been bringing their angular riffs and humorous lyrics to ears across the UK since 2012. Recently becoming a staple at festivals like 2000 Trees.

We talk about their single 'Putin's Day Off', do questionable impressions of Jamie Lenman and their 5th year of their Sunburn all-dayer. After that we delve into some of their top gigs they have played and seen as fans. 

 

Episode 2 finally here! After a short break away from the world of podcasting Adam is back!

Adam caught up with Damien Sayell, best know for his snake-hip swagger and shouting in The. St Pierre Snake Invasion and more recently playing bass and vocals in Mclusky*. We talk about the long awaited release of TSPSI's new album 'Caprice Enchante', discovering music that isn't 'rock' and multiple pile ons.

We chat with 3 of 4 members of the amazing Rat the Magnificent. Unfortunately, guitarist Toshi couldn't make it, but Anna (drummer), Perry (vox and guitar) and Ross (bass) were a hoot! If you've ever wondered how to mic-up a cement mixer, what fun there is to be had in with a 10k rig in Dorset, or which international pop sensation (allegedly) has an extensive collection of German WWII memorabilia, this is the podcast for you!
