Episode 025: Twisted Ankle

Welcome to episode 25 and Adam welcomes the ‘Jazz Trio for the deaf’, Twisted Ankle, on the podcast. We talk about the beginnings of the band and their wide ranging influences and their brand new self titled album out on Breakfast Records.

We talk about 90’s raves, thrash metal, music documentaries and Joseff’s other project ‘Pheasant Circus’.

Also here at AP! Towers we are putting together a fan special episode before the year is out. We want to hear you the listener’s gig stories whether it is a show that bowled you over or just a hilarious moment that you want to share. We will try put this together before Christmas.

Just some guidelines for clips being submitted:

-Keep audio clips under 3 minutes long as we want to include as many as possible in the episode.

-Submit in WAV or MP3 form.

-If you have a proper mic to record with great! If not use headphone, phone or laptop mic, but it must be audible. We will do our best to mix them together.

-Please give a shout out to the venue or festival that the show was at. With venues struggling right now we want to celebrate them as much as possible.

-Try and mention the year or album tour for context.

-Last of all, have fun with the story! We want people to reminisce the good times of being in a sweaty, dirty room.
